Healthy eating is 80% of my journey to get fit and my biggest challenge. Simply put, after a long day at work, I don’t want to cook. If I have a meal plan that takes away the stress of “what’s for dinner?”. So I cook more.. eat out less!
One of my fall / winter goals is to utilize the crock pot, meal planning and Sunday’s to meal prep. Today, I put together ten meals in two hours!
