Product: Monthly Wine Club
I have belonged to a few wine clubs but it’s been a while since I don’t drink as much as I used to. I still love a good glass of white wine every once in a while although. One of favorite ways to relax is to have a glass with maybe some cheese and crackers. My favorite for the past few years has been Chardonnay. So luckily one of the wines I got to try was the Cambria Chardonnay Kathernine’s Vineyard. The other wine I got to try was the Chatom Vineyards 2012 Semillon.
The Chardonnay was little more bitter than I was used to although it was still very good. I ended up liking the Semillon the most, which I had never had before. The monthly boxes start at $40 and go to $195 per month. They also have gift basket options as well.
Their wines come from California, Oregon, & Washington’s best wine producers. For the monthly boxes you get a 15% discount on all wine club reorders, first dibs on all special selections and last call wines, and 2-3 outstanding bottles of wine in each shipment.
The idea for Uncorked Ventures emerged during a family vacation to South America. While sipping on Pisco Sours along with wines from Chile and Argentina, two brothers-in-law (Matt Krause & Mark Aselstine) discussed their passion for food and wine, as well as their desire for something different, something better.
